If water is coming in, move what you can out of the way and put a bucket down. Do not go up onto the roof or a ladder, especially in wind or rain. Send us a photo from inside or from the ground and we'll take it from there.

What happens next

Call us or send a photo and describe what's happened. We'll prioritise making it safe and watertight, then give you a fair price for the permanent repair. We're fully insured, and we'll never take advantage of an emergency to overcharge.

My roof is leaking in a storm — what should I do right now?

Stay safe indoors, move valuables out of the way and catch the water in a bucket if you can. Don't go up onto the roof or a ladder. Then call us or send a photo — we prioritise storm damage and will make it safe and watertight as soon as we can.

Do you prioritise emergency and storm jobs?

Yes. Storm and urgent damage is prioritised over routine work because the longer water gets in, the more damage it does. We'll get to you as quickly as we're able and make things safe first.

Will you do a temporary repair to stop the water?

Yes. Where a full repair can't be done straight away — for example if it's unsafe in the weather — we'll fit a temporary covering to keep the water out, then come back and repair it properly.
